Your Health Potential, LLC and JoEllen Hockenbrough, personal chef and owner of Ladle to Crave present this talk and cooking demonstration.
It’s called “Choosing Local, Organic or Free Range,” and will include tasty snacks and recipes. You will learn the differences and benefits of each category, including the organic certification vs. the word, “organic.” You will also learn about preparation of these foods.
