 Come out and help Jessica Mason support the MS Society by supporting yourself!  On Saturday, July 12th she will be teaching two great classes.  The morning will start with a Vinyasa Yoga Class, suitable for all levels, from first timers to seasoned yogis.  Then, Jessica will be teaching a lunchtime demonstration Cooking Class of simple, whole foods, while teaching the nutritional benefits of the ingredients involved.  Appetite required as food will be provided.
 
Not local?  Unable to make the date?  No fear, you can still get the benefits by making your donation today.  Jessica will be recording both classes and providing podcasts and recipes for anyone who would like to donate but cannot attend.  Also, anyone who does attend can get these audio files free of charge.

Vinyasa Yoga for All Levels

Cost: $15 minimum donation; pre-registration is requested.
 
This class will be suitable for all levels, even if this is your first time doing yoga.  Vinyasa means flow, so the class will be a gentle flowing series of yoga poses, using the breathe as a guide.  A great way to start the day!  Please bring your own mat if possible, or let us know if you need one so we can be sure to have enough on hand.
 -Jessica is finishing up her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification and currently teaches at Soma Yoga in Newport.

Join Jessica for a fun and informative afternoon cooking classes and get some great ideas on making your meals simple and healthy.  As a certified Holistic Health Counselor, she will not only provide some great new recipes, but give you valuable information on the nutritional benefits of the food she cooks.  Her focus is on removing uneeded sugars from the diet, and eating local whole foods.  We look foward to seeing you!
