After much success with the last Nutrition Boot Camp, Evolution Bodywork & Nutrition is returning in the new year. Registered Dietitian Emily Gedney and Kali Garges will be running a condensed 5 week Nutrition Boot Camp. You will learn the science behind your diet and how to make food work with your body for a change.
Looking to jumpstart your New Years resolutions, this is the program for you!! The classes will be held on Saturday morning from 10:30-11:00 Starting Jan 10th and Ending Feb 7th.
Class fee $225. Sign up by December 31st and the class is $199. Cost includes 5 group nutrition classes, 2 individual appointments with a registered dietitian and all course materials. Space is limited. cooking class.
