We are certainly looking forward to the sun being in the sky past 5:00 pm; we know we have a few more weeks in February of cold temperatures and winter weather to get through. At least we can celebrate with the ones we love on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is a good excuse to look into your heart health as well, especially women's heart health.
