The Green Grocer is located on what most of you might not realize is Benjamin Fish Common. Over the past couple of months we have had two spaces become available on the property. There has been interest in the past from some of our customers about space here in our corner of the world.
We have the first floor of the historic Benjamin Fish House. Previously occupied by A Great Place to Learn, who is a tutoring center for young people as well as adults. This is a very comfortable space with six rooms and a bathroom, stretched out across almost 1,200 square feet. We are in the process of trying to fill this space with four holistic practitioners, we feel it would be an ideal space for such an endeavor and would be a compliment to our current business.
The office that is at the end of our building is also available. This small 4 room space is about 700 square feet and could be used for any number of options. We have had an interest in a woman who owns her own sewing business, a young couple who operates a card services company as well as a business consultant. Lot's of options here.
