We have been having a lot of fun with activities and events.
Last Thursday was officially four weeks of being open. We kicked off our celebration with a couple of activities from massage therapist to herbal classes.
Friday the folks from Dole & Bailey came out and cooked up some conversations about sustainable Northeast Family Farms and some tasty burgers. http://www.doleandbailey.com/
Later in the afternoon there was a martial arts demonstration from Villari's Studio in Middletown.
There were no children hurt in the making of this demonstration.
Both Sensei Jesse and all of the kids enjoyed themselves. Thanks so much for coming out ! http://www.villarisri.cmasdirect.com/
Saturday morning was perfect for live music with The Elderly Brothers and George Terzis with his drums. Made me wish I didn't have to work, just sit under the trees and enjoy the day.
While I grilled Appelgate Farms hamburgers and hot dogs, Appalachian Naturals had bean salad and dips inside, Yummy!
Monday Reynolds Barn spent a couple hours with the animals here.
A goat named Prancer, Angora bunnies and a chicken. The kids couldn't get enough of them.
