National Grid came out Thursday May 31st to connect the transformer to live power. By 2:30 we had electricity, within ten minutes we had approvals from the fire chief to open. By 3:00 we opened for business, and our first customer was a familiar face to us. Nicole O'Rielly was so excited about being our first customer she immediately called her mother and sister to tell them.
How fun! Our very first customer on opening day, Nicole, Lucas and Ella. They were the first of many that day. In the five hours we were open we had 27 customers. Now that may not seem like a lot, keep in mind that we did no advertising, no press realses. Nothing more than taking down our "coming soon" sign and hanging a Now open banner on the side of the building. The turnout has been great and we are so thrilled.
