We have been open three weeks now. It has been a fantastic response from the community and we couldn't ever have forseen it. Last Saturday there was an article on The Green Grocer in The Newport Daily News, we made the front page of the business section. That article has brought so many people, new faces and familiar ones.
Now we are preparing for the Grand Opening Celebration, over a week of events taking place here on the property and in the store. Including live music, farm animals, product sampling, give aways, and raffles. There will be personal chefs, nutritionists, massage therapists, herbalist and more small business owners giving classes and demonstrations. Be sure to check the calendar of events.
