A Roller Coaster Week

Giant steps forward, and a few steps back.

This week has been exciting and frustrating, it's been a dose of reality and it's shown the strength of our dream. We have begun to install our refrigeration units and plan on having them up and running this weekend. The building itself still does not have power, so we have to bring in a generator to get started. Originally we had planned to have our frozen foods delivered this Friday, now we are scheduling that to arrive next Tuesday. Trying to juggle schedules and factor in the unkowns has been difficult, and looking over our goals we have realized we may need to make a few adjustments. So, some of you may have noticed the opening date has changed on the front page from the14th to the 28th of May. We're almost there, and if we open sooner I will update it here on the "Latest News" so those of you making frequent visits to the site can come in during the 'sneak peek week.'
